We use quality, licensed and insured vendors for all our property maintenance.

Our management team performs weekly on-site checkups to ensure that there are no lingering issues that could effect the long-term profitability of the asset.
Lease Renewal Negotiations
Negotiations for renewal commence 6 months prior to expiration.
Renewals of existing tenants are at a 1.5% fee.
Contractor Management
We maintain relationships with numerous general contractors.
LA&A has a broad network of specialty contractors and maintenance crews to compliment our management team.
Rent Collections
Rent statements are sent out on the 20th of the month prior to when rent is due.
Tenants can pay rent online via credit card or eCheck at no cost to landlord.
Tenant and Capital Improvement
We have a group of contractors to perform TI’s ranging from small jobs to large TI buildouts.
We procure all bids for both at-once maintenance as well as recurring service contracts.
