Lawrence Allen & Associates represented Coollid Inc. ( Lessee))  in five year lease of approximately 10,236 sf. Coollid leased 10825 7th St Suite C Rancho Cucamonga, Ca dock high space from BREIT INDUSTRIAL CANYON LLC  ( Lessor) represented by Ryan Athens of CBRE.

The property is a multi-tenant dock high industrial building building and will serve as the corporate headquarters for warehouse and distribution of their patented Coollid products. Total consideration was approximately $570,000.00
