Lawrence Allen & Associates represented BB PROPERTIES  LLC ( Seller)  in the acquisition of an approximately 9,990 sf industrial building located at 2535 Jason Court Oceanside, Ca.

Larry Kliger of Lawrence Allen & Associates represented the Buyer and Jeff Crocker of Kidder Matthews represented the Seller.   The property was a single tenant leased property located in the Rancho Del Oro section of Oceanside’s industrial base. 


The final purchase price was  $1,683,315 which approximately calculated to a 6% return on existing rents.
